Account Deletion — Robux Box

You can permanently delete your Robux Box account and all associated data directly from the app — no email or web form needed.

How to delete your account

1. Open Robux Box and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
5. If you signed in a while ago, the app may ask you to sign in again first — this is a standard security check before a permanent, destructive action.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (display name, photo, email/phone on file, Roblox username).
• Your coin wallet and balance.
• Your activity history: ads watched, offers completed, redemptions, referrals, achievements and badges.
• Your support tickets and messages.
• Your device and advertising identifiers on file.

What may be retained

Some records may be kept for a limited time where required for fraud prevention, abuse investigation, financial record-keeping, or to comply with the law — for example, a record of a completed Robux/gift-card redemption, or logs used to investigate account abuse. This mirrors section 5 of our Privacy Policy. We do not use retained records for any other purpose.

Deleting without opening the app

If you no longer have the app installed and cannot sign in, contact us at the support address in the Privacy Policy from the email associated with your account and we will delete your account and data manually.
