Privacy Policy — Robux Box

This Privacy Policy explains what Robux Box ("we", "us") collects when you use the Robux Box mobile application (the "App"), why, and your choices. Robux Box is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: email address, phone number, display name and profile photo (via Firebase Authentication / Google Sign-In), and your Roblox username if you provide it for redemption.
• Location: approximate and, with your permission, precise device location, used to determine your rewards tier. Coordinates are rounded before transmission and precise location is not stored.
• Device & usage data: a per-install random device identifier, device model/ OS, app version, advertising identifier, and — with your consent — app-usage signals used to verify offerwall tasks.
• Activity data: coins earned/spent, ads watched, offers completed, redemptions, referrals, and in-app interactions.

We do not collect precise contact lists, SMS content, or biometric data.

2. How we use information

• Operate the App: credit rewards, process redemptions, run leaderboards.
• Determine your rewards tier from location.
• Prevent fraud and abuse (device/velocity checks, App Check, integrity signals).
• Send notifications and reminders you have enabled.
• Analytics and crash reporting to improve the App.

3. Advertising & third parties

We use Google AdMob (rewarded ads) and CPX Research (paid surveys). These partners may process your advertising identifier and interaction data to serve and measure ads/offers under their own privacy policies:

On iOS we request App Tracking Transparency before any tracking.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with: service providers (Google Firebase/AdMob, CPX Research, reward-fulfilment partners) to operate the App; and authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention & deletion

We retain account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account, which removes your profile, wallet and activity from our systems (some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention or legal compliance).

6. Children

The App is open to users of all ages, including children. Where the law requires it (for example, COPPA in the United States), we obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from a child, collect no more data from a child than is reasonably necessary, and do not serve behaviourally-targeted ("personalised") advertising to a user known to be a child. A parent or guardian can contact us at any time to review, correct or delete their child's information, or to withdraw consent.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Sensitive local values are stored in the device Keystore/Keychain. Access to balances is server-controlled.

8. Your rights

Depending on your region (GDPR/CCPA), you may access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to certain processing. Contact robuxbox10@gmail.com.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed in countries where Google/our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in-app.
